  At Small Batch Life we believe in sustainability—not just as a cheesy buzzword, but as a way of living. That used doesn’t mean useless. That "worn" doesn’t mean worthless. The founder lives a frugal life.. not out of lack, but out of love—for the stories things carry, for the hands that made them, and for second chances, a second life.

Per April the founder My life has taught me to appreciate beautiful moments and splendors. To honor what’s handmade, heartfelt, and human. To see beauty in the artisan’s touch and value in what others might discard. I believe we all have gifts—some of us are dreamers, doers, builders, weavers, painters, potters but all unique. 

This is about turning away from mass production, from far-off factories and throwaway culture. It’s not about lack—it’s about intention. It’s about growing slowly and choosing joyfully. A life that’s both tasteful and playful. Whimsical, even. Where one item might serve many purposes, and where less truly is more.

To live small is not to live silent. A smaller footprint can still leave a bold impression.

Small Batch Life was born from a refusal—a refusal of mass production for profit’s sake, of top-heavy capitalism, of rigid control and reckless chaos.
